Action Items:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Claire will ask Barbara:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;1. To add the following items to the steering committee agenda: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*What issues came up at your subcommittee meeting that will impact evaluation?&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * How can the evaluation subcommittee assist the subcommittee with these issues?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Whether the following information is available for the wiki: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Hits January thru December 2009&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * Where users came from January thru December 2009&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * What other historical data can we obtain on the wiki?&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * Is there a way that evaluation committee members can pull this information ourselves?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Jeanette will find out whether the University of Arizona would require IRB submission to survey users of the Outreach Connections.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;4. Sheila will be asked to investigate how strict the University of MD IRB is. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Discussion&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;The subcommittee discussed gathering baseline data and identifying who’s using the wiki.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;The calendar year January – December will be the time period used for baseline measures and measures to compare to the baseline. The items listed in #4 under Measures of Team Success would be used for the baseline.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of presentations&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of meetings attended&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of exhibits staffed&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of brochures distributed&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of visits to wiki&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of links to wiki from other sites&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of times technical assistance is requested&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of projects descriptions added&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;# of entries on the discussion section &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The subcommittee decided that information for the following questions could be obtained by surveying the Albuquerque meeting attendees, contributors to the wiki, and by implementing a pop up survey to visitors of the site. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Who’s using the wiki&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * What is it being used for&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; * How usable it is&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
To answer the question about how comprehensive the wiki is, the subcommittee thought that steering committee members would be a good source for this information. They could identify project gaps or come up with ideas on what’s not on the wiki that would be useful. &lt;br /&gt;
